About Ride Guide
Planning a day at a theme park with other people is a question of who's going where, and when. Ride Guide answers it, so the group chat doesn't have to.

Built for the whole party
Most park apps are made for one visitor. In Ride Guide the Party shares one Itinerary, so when someone moves a ride or adds one, everyone sees it, without screenshots in the group chat.
One trip, more than one park
A resort's own app only knows about that resort. If your trip takes in several parks, or several resorts, Ride Guide keeps every day of it together.
Heights checked by name
Add each Member's height once, and every ride says who can go on alone, who needs an adult and who can't ride, before anyone is stood in the queue.
Queue times in the plan
Queue times and showtimes sit in the Itinerary you're building. If a queue grows into the next Activity, the plan shows it.
Where the data comes from
Queue times, ride status, showtimes and the list of resorts and parks come from ThemeParks.wiki, a free project run by volunteers. Ride Guide couldn't show live waits or park maps without it.
A Party syncs between its Members' phones as soon as anything changes, which is why the plan updates everywhere at once.
Questions
- Is it free?
- Yes. Making an account, building parties and planning Itineraries is free.
- Do I need an account to try it?
- No. The demo Party shows the Itinerary, calendar and map with a made-up family, before you sign up.
- How accurate are the queue times?
- They come from ThemeParks.wiki, which gets them from the parks. Ride Guide doesn't estimate or delay them, but they're only as fresh as the park's own figures.
- Can the whole party edit the same plan?
- Yes. Everyone in a Party sees the same Itinerary, and a change on one phone shows on the others straight away.
- Can I plan for more than one group?
- Yes. You can be in several parties, each with its own Members, trips and likes, and switch between them from Your parties.
- Can everyone edit, or just view?
- Admins can do everything, including managing Members and invites. Everyone else can add and edit Activities to start with, and an admin can give or take away each Permission, such as deleting Activities or changing Trips, Member by Member.
- How does the height check work?
- Add each Member's height once. Every ride then says who can go on alone, who needs an adult with them and who's too short or too tall.
